About the role

We are seeking a motivated Salad Maker (Commis II) to join our kitchen team in Al Qurain. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop practical skills in vegetable preparation within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

Cut a variety of vegetables to the required specifications.
Clean and sanitize vegetables before use.
Maintain and clean the equipment used in the vegetable department.

Required profile

Valid Kuwait Visa 18 or Mubarak Al Kabeer (transferable only).
Previous experience working in a kitchen or food‑service setting.

Required skills

Basic knife handling and vegetable preparation techniques.
