About the role
We are seeking a motivated Salad Maker (Commis II) to join our kitchen team in Al Qurain. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop practical skills in vegetable preparation within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Cut a variety of vegetables to the required specifications.
- Clean and sanitize vegetables before use.
- Maintain and clean the equipment used in the vegetable department.
Required profile
- Valid Kuwait Visa 18 or Mubarak Al Kabeer (transferable only).
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food‑service setting.
Required skills
- Basic knife handling and vegetable preparation techniques.
