About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Tendering & Sales Engineer to lead the end‑to‑end quotation and tender process for IT and general infrastructure solutions. The role is execution‑focused, requiring the ability to take an RFQ, design a complete solution, obtain pricing, and submit a compliant tender independently.
Key responsibilities
- Review RFQs/RFPs and extract full technical and commercial scope.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical compliance sheets.
- Manage the complete tender submission process, both technical and commercial.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors such as Cisco, Lenovo, NetApp, and Schneider Electric to obtain pricing, datasheets, and technical confirmations.
- Design practical solutions covering IT equipment (networking, servers, storage), generators, UPS & batteries, compressors, and other electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Ensure all submissions meet tender specifications and Kuwait regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in tendering, pre‑sales, or quotations.
- Proven ability to handle tenders independently from start to finish.
- Experience working with OEMs such as Cisco, Lenovo, NetApp, or Schneider Electric.
- Understanding of mixed‑scope projects that combine IT, electrical, and mechanical components.
