About the role
The Sales Assistant at Toys "R" Us, Aventura Mall, plays a vital part in driving store sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will create an inviting shopping environment, provide up‑to‑date product information, and ensure the store meets visual and cleanliness standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized store and uphold visual standards.
- Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly welcome.
- Provide accurate, current product information and assist customers in the fitting rooms.
- Handle cash‑wrap transactions efficiently, promote gift cards, and capture customer data.
- Upsell where appropriate, keep the cash wrap area tidy, and thank customers sincerely at checkout.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong verbal communication and basic customer‑service knowledge.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
