About the role
The Sales Associate will represent the brand in-store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and visual merchandising.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with product selection, and promote the loyalty program.
- Maintain store visual standards, ensure stock is displayed attractively, and follow VM guidelines.
- Handle POS transactions, manage cash till, issue receipts and refunds accurately.
- Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention policies and maintain confidentiality of sales data.
Required profile
- Well‑groomed, presentable and knowledgeable about brand products.
- Flexible to work varied shifts, extended hours during sales periods, and overtime as needed.
- Strong customer‑service attitude following the GUEST selling methodology.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
- Ability to record and report inventory movements.
- Awareness of store security and loss‑prevention procedures.
