About the role
The Sales Associate will represent the brand, drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining visual standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with product selection and convert shoppers into buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
- Maintain merchandise presentation, follow visual merchandising guidelines and manage stock layout.
- Handle POS transactions, process payments and manage cash till at shift start and end.
- Record inventory movements and ensure accurate reporting.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention policies and store security procedures.
Required profile
- Well‑groomed, presentable and knowledgeable about brand products.
- Flexible to work varied shifts, extended hours during sales periods and overtime as needed.
- Strong customer‑service attitude following the GUEST selling methodology.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Cash handling and basic accounting accuracy.
- Inventory recording and reporting.
