About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand, drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining visual standards.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers, assist with product selection and convert shoppers into buyers.
Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
Maintain merchandise presentation, follow visual merchandising guidelines and manage stock layout.
Handle POS transactions, process payments and manage cash till at shift start and end.
Record inventory movements and ensure accurate reporting.
Adhere to loss‑prevention policies and store security procedures.

Required profile

Well‑groomed, presentable and knowledgeable about brand products.
Flexible to work varied shifts, extended hours during sales periods and overtime as needed.
Strong customer‑service attitude following the GUEST selling methodology.

Required skills

Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Cash handling and basic accounting accuracy.
Inventory recording and reporting.
