About the role
The Sales Associate will assist customers in a showroom environment, promoting products and services while driving sales across cash, credit, warranty and accessory lines.
Key responsibilities
- Promote products and services to customers and achieve sales targets across cash, credit, warranties and accessories.
- Provide high‑level customer service, understand needs, recommend appropriate products and explain return policies.
- Maintain the showroom: ensure correct pricing, planogram compliance, conduct stock checks, and keep the area clean and tidy.
- Create sales invoices and operate BO, POS and other sales applications.
- Handle in‑store promotions, discounts and confidential sales data while following safety procedures.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of sales or retail experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- Microsoft Outlook.
- SAP.
- Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
- Business Objects (BO) applications.
