Sales Associate – Showroom Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our showroom team. You will assist customers, promote our product range and help achieve sales targets across cash, credit, warranty and accessory lines.

Key responsibilities

• Promote products and services, converting opportunities into sales transactions.
• Achieve and exceed preset sales targets for cash, credit, warranties and accessories.
• Provide high‑level customer service with a friendly, honest approach.
• Explain return, exchange and D&I policies and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate product displays, pricing, and planograms.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report damaged items.
• Create sales invoices and operate BO & POS applications.
• Stay informed on in‑store promotions, discounts and coupons.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook.
• Experience using SAP.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of Business Objects (BO) applications.
