Sales Counsellor – Immigration Services

About the role

The Sales Counsellor is a full‑time, on‑site position in Kuwait City, responsible for engaging prospective clients and guiding them through European visa and migration options. You will provide clear, personalized information to help clients achieve their immigration goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, email, and face‑to‑face.
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable visa pathways.
• Explain services, processes, and documentation requirements in detail.
• Guide clients through the preparation and submission of application documents.
• Maintain accurate client records and track follow‑up actions.
• Generate leads, meet sales and conversion targets, and report on performance.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and represent the company professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex information clearly.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities, including lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and experience with targets or KPIs.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities for managing client files and follow‑ups.
• Basic knowledge of or strong interest in immigration processes and European visa categories (training provided).
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Kuwait City and collaborating within a team.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, education counselling, travel services, or similar advisory/sales roles is a plus.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
