Sales & Customer Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Relations Manager to drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales across our exhibition portfolio. The role involves leading the Sales & Booking team, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and lead the team’s overall sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and secure exhibitor, booth, and sponsorship bookings.
• Build strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and key accounts.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and encourage repeat participation.
• Manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and exhibitor support.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial account management.
• At least 2 years of team leadership, supervision, or sales coaching experience.
• A proven record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Professional written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Experience in exhibitions, events, media, advertising, hospitality, or sponsorship sales is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
