Sales Executive – Automotive Parts

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our high‑performance automotive parts business. The role involves driving sales, supporting customers throughout the buying process, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to invoicing.
- Communicate with customers to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close deals while handling objections and complaints.
- Achieve allocated sales targets.
- Evaluate customer requirements and uncover additional selling opportunities.
- Process warranty claims and coordinate with the mechanics team for installations.
- Follow up on job cards to ensure timely completion.
Required profile
- Basic automotive knowledge.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Computer literacy.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or customer service.
- Transferable visa and ability to join immediately.
