Sales Executive

About the role

Novagates is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to join its Kuwait City office. You will be responsible for generating new enterprise opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and closing deals for the company’s intelligent automation and enterprise infrastructure platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business prospects across the Middle East market.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos and needs assessments.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contract terms in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and technical teams to tailor solutions and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecast revenue and report on performance metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation and meeting sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities with enterprise or B2B clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling technology, SaaS or enterprise solutions in the Middle East is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for opportunity tracking and reporting.
