About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Indoor Sales Associate for its tea boutique located in a mall in Shuwaikh. You will engage customers, showcase tea products, and help shoppers choose the right teas and accessories.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers, answer product questions and explain flavor profiles and brewing methods.
Process sales transactions using cash or point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
Maintain clean, attractive displays and stock shelves.
Monitor inventory levels and support promotional activities and in‑store tastings.
Contribute to meeting sales targets and assist with training new team members.

Required profile

Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle peak mall traffic.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS systems.
