Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will be based on‑site in Kuwait, driving new business and expanding relationships with existing clients for Beyond Agency. This full‑time position focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering sales presentations and preparing tailored proposals that showcase the agency’s strategic and creative capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads across the marketing, advertising and creative services sectors.
• Conduct sales presentations and develop customized proposals highlighting Beyond Agency’s offerings.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Track sales performance, report on key metrics and provide market feedback to refine service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within marketing, advertising or related creative services.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to explain complex solutions persuasively.
• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain client relationships, including stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Comfort working with targets, KPIs, pipeline management, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
