About the role

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the SKIMS boutique in Kuwait. You will be responsible for driving revenue, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Implement company policies, health & safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Analyse stock data, minimise loss, and optimise sales per square foot.
Lead and develop the team to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute sales promotions, brand activities, and stock takes in coordination with operations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback to buying, planning and marketing teams.

Required profile

Graduate in any discipline.
5‑7 years of successful experience running a profitable retail store.
