Sales Executive – Racking, Shelving & Storage Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive sales of racking systems, shelving units and warehouse storage solutions. The role focuses on delivering tailored storage solutions to customers across warehousing, logistics, retail, industrial and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors.
• Promote and sell racking, shelving and related storage products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and gather customer feedback.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years proven sales experience in racking, shelving, storage systems or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse storage solutions and material handling products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to develop long‑term customer relationships and work independently.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of meeting sales goals.
• Valid driving licence preferred; experience in the Kuwait market is a plus.
