Sales Executive – Racking, Shelving & Storage Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in our racking, shelving and storage solutions business. You will work with customers across warehousing, logistics, retail and industrial sectors to deliver tailored storage systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Promote and sell racking systems, shelving units, and related storage products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and gather customer feedback.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in racking, shelving, storage systems or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse storage solutions and material handling products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Valid driving licence preferred; experience in the Kuwait market is a plus.
