Sales Manager - Life Safety

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Sales Manager for its Life Safety and Emergency Lighting portfolio in Kuwait. You will lead sales initiatives, develop market strategies, and ensure profitable growth of safety‑critical solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for Life Safety/Emergency Lighting systems in Kuwait.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales and marketing plans.
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales analysis, and forecasts.
• Provide technical support to secure client design approvals and commissioning.
• Manage project design, implementation, profitability, and handover.
• Liaise with local authorities for certifications and approvals.
• Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end‑users.
• Advise management on product requirements to maximize market share.
• Oversee distributor performance and ensure serviceability of safety‑critical equipment.
• Collaborate with other Eaton divisions to drive cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Graduate engineering degree, preferably Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial.
• Minimum 7 years of sales and marketing experience in electrical systems.
• Proven direct‑selling skills within the State of Kuwait.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of Emergency Lighting or Safety Systems.
• Electrical products instrumentation knowledge.
• PC literacy.
