Sales & Operations Executive

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to support daily sales activities, manage inventory, coordinate logistics and ensure smooth administrative processes that drive performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Support the sales team with schedules, reports and customer inquiries.
- Manage customer orders and resolve issues efficiently.
- Supervise daily operations and monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Streamline documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, operations or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
