Sales Specialist - Luxury Jewelry

About the role

Gwaisha Al-Arbash, a Kuwaiti luxury jewelry house founded in 1959, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist in Kuwait. The role drives sales and delivers an elevated customer experience in line with the brand's luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, present collections and explain product features and craftsmanship details.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, manage inquiries and handle sales transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Support visual merchandising and keep the showroom orderly and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Take part in sales training, support events or exclusive showcases, and give feedback on customer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategy.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in luxury retail, jewelry or fashion sales is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable working on-site in a client-facing environment, including evenings, weekends or peak seasons.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Sales management and training skills, including helping onboard or coach team members.
• Presentation and negotiation abilities, attention to detail and product knowledge.
