Sales Supervisor – Premium Fitness Studio

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, polished, and customer‑focused Sales Supervisor to join one of our new Concept Studios. The role is centred on delivering an exceptional client experience, building lasting relationships, and driving sales of memberships, packages, and studio services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome prospective and existing clients, providing a warm, personalized, premium experience.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable memberships, packages, and services.
• Conduct studio tours and present facilities, services, and value propositions confidently.
• Follow up leads, convert enquiries into memberships, and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention, loyalty, referrals, and repeat business.
• Handle client enquiries, concerns, and complaints in line with studio service standards.
• Support membership renewals, identify upgrade or cross‑sell opportunities, and record all client interactions accurately.
• Ensure reception and client‑facing areas are kept to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with instructors and studio staff to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Assist with studio events, activations, promotions, and partnership activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in sales and premium customer service, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or fitness.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Highly professional, polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for wellness, fitness, or a healthy lifestyle is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
