Sales Supervisor – Retail (Sandro, The Avenues)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will coordinate and oversee the shop‑floor operations at Sandro, The Avenues Kuwait. Acting as the bridge between sales staff and store management, the role ensures execution of company directives, maintains high presentation standards, and drives sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support client and business development by building long‑term relationships and ensuring extensive product knowledge across the team.
• Provide effective floor coverage during peak periods, act as a sales role model, and intervene during the selling ceremony.
• Supervise store opening and closing procedures, manage register funds, process POS transactions, and handle inventory functions such as transfers, receiving, repairs and damages.
• Resolve customer complaints, exchanges and enquiries, and liaise between staff and management on performance concerns.
• Maintain store presentation standards and act as an ambassador for the brand, culture and quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within premium fashion retail.
• Good knowledge of fashion/beauty industry trends and strong understanding of retail operations.
