Security Delivery Manager - SOC Planning and Build-Out

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Security Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of security services for clients in Kuwait, with a focus on SOC planning, design and build-out. The role draws on Accenture's global delivery network (methods, tooling, accelerators and talent) and tailors it to Kuwaiti clients such as banks setting up a new SOC, energy companies monitoring critical infrastructure or government entities working toward national cyber security requirements. You will manage the delivery team day to day and make the calls that keep programs on track.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SOC and security operations engagements, from planning and design through to steady-state operations
• Manage and guide the team, deciding on priorities, resourcing and approach
• Track progress against plan and keep delivery aligned with client goals and compliance requirements
• Spot risks early and put mitigation in place before they affect timelines or service quality
• Solve cross-team problems in close collaboration with other delivery leads
• Introduce improvements using automation, better tooling and proven approaches from global teams
• Run regular team check-ins and knowledge-sharing sessions, and gather client feedback to improve services

Required profile

• Strong, hands-on experience planning and building SOCs, including operating models, use case development and onboarding of log sources
• Solid working experience with Splunk SIEM operations
• Experience leading and developing delivery teams
• Clear communication with technical teams and client stakeholders
• Experience in the GCC market and familiarity with regional regulatory expectations

Required skills

• Delivery governance, including reporting, risk management and quality control
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM or GCIH (at least one); Splunk Core Certified Power User or Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin; PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Nice to have: CISA, CRISC or GIAC SOC-related certifications
