Senior Account Manager

About the role

Echo Media for Marketing & Advertising is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client accounts in its influencer marketing division. Based in Sharq, the role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on developing, executing and analysing campaigns that align with client strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts and drive successful campaign strategy, implementation and performance analysis.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is acted upon.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality assets on schedule.
• Identify growth opportunities and upsell possibilities for existing clients.
• Track campaign outcomes, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure deliverables align with the client’s vision.

Required profile

• Knowledge of paid influencer marketing and campaign management.
• Experience in marketing/advertising with a focus on strategy, execution and evaluation.
• Proficiency in team coordination and resource management.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and influencer ecosystems.
• Strong organizational, detail‑oriented and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Prior experience managing high‑profile accounts preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
