Senior Account Manager

About the role

Brand Aid is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead key client accounts and deliver integrated retail and shopper marketing solutions across the region. You will act as the main point of contact, building trusted partnerships and turning client needs into successful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary business partner.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' brands, objectives, shopper behavior, and retail environments.
• Lead projects from brief through execution, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Oversee multiple initiatives such as POSM, in‑store activations, displays, events, and retail execution.
• Collaborate with creative, production, procurement, operations, and finance teams for seamless delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and generate new business.
• Monitor project profitability, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Mentor Account Executives and junior team members.
• Proactively resolve challenges before they impact clients or projects.
• Maintain accurate project updates, forecasts, and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management experience, preferably in retail marketing, shopper marketing, advertising, POSM, or events.
• Strong client‑facing and communication abilities.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded with solid negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Good understanding of retail and FMCG environments is an advantage.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools.
