Brand Specialist – Contact Lenses & Eyewear

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking a Brand Specialist to develop and grow its contact lenses and eyewear brands, private‑label collections, and celebrity collaborations. You will manage the full product lifecycle from market research to launch and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Research local and international markets, competitors, trends, materials and pricing to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Turn insights into brand concepts, product ranges and collections, coordinating design, sampling, specifications, production and launch.
• Source and evaluate manufacturers and suppliers, manage specifications, costing, MOQs, packaging, quality and lead times.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on celebrity collaborations, from concept development to performance analysis.
• Monitor sales, stock levels, SKU performance and conduct market and competitor analysis to recommend actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in brand management, product development, sourcing, market research or retail (fresh graduates with strong analytical and commercial mindset are welcome).
• Ability to analyse data, trends and consumer insights to generate commercial ideas.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
