Senior Architectural Designer – Retail Store Design

About the role
The Senior Architectural Designer will lead the creation and execution of store layouts and overall aesthetics for our retail locations. You will guide a culturally diverse design team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high visual standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage a multicultural team of design professionals.
- Drive creativity in color coordination, flooring selection, and overall store aesthetics.
- Translate concepts into detailed designs using CAD, 3DMAX, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Oversee material finishing choices to align with design intent.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team success.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
- Proven senior‑level experience managing diverse design teams.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage retail sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing retail design projects.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
