Senior Architectural Designer – Retail Store Design

About the role

The Senior Architectural Designer will lead the creation and execution of store layouts and overall aesthetics for our retail locations. You will guide a culturally diverse design team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage a multicultural team of design professionals.
• Drive creativity in color coordination, flooring selection, and overall store aesthetics.
• Translate concepts into detailed designs using CAD, 3DMAX, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Oversee material finishing choices to align with design intent.
• Manage project timelines and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• Proven senior‑level experience managing diverse design teams.
• Prior experience in the Food & Beverage retail sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing retail design projects.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
