About the role
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Officer with a strong background in hospital and healthcare environments to drive growth initiatives and expand our service portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, laboratories, diagnostics and related services.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, physicians, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align offerings with market needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
