Senior Full Stack Web/Mobile Developer – Government Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Senior Full Stack Web/Mobile Developers to join a large‑scale government digital transformation initiative in Kuwait. You will work onsite, collaborating closely with the client’s development teams to deliver secure, high‑performance applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain web and mobile application architecture.
• Develop scalable, responsive, and secure applications using modern frameworks.
• Build and support REST and SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, and real‑time features.
• Collaborate with client and project teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain code quality, enforce security standards, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in implementation, support, and warranty activities for delivered solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in web and mobile application development.
• Ability to work customer‑defined shifts and operational hours.
• Full ownership and support responsibility for the solutions you develop.
