Senior HR Officer – Recruitment

About the role

The Senior HR Officer – Recruitment will lead manpower planning and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies to secure high‑quality talent for the organization. This role focuses on optimizing sourcing channels, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting both local and overseas hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with manpower planning.
• Manage high‑volume hiring through the Recruitment Management System and external job boards.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates, presenting them to hiring managers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies for mass‑hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules for local and overseas candidates and oversee interview logistics.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and manage candidate onboarding to Kuwait.
• Plan and execute overseas recruitment campaigns and hiring trips.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide timely reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with Kuwaitization programs is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Proven supervisory, coaching, and project‑management capabilities.
