Senior HR Specialist – Arabic Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist who is fluent in Arabic and English to lead our human resources function across multiple Middle‑East locations. The role will shape HR strategy, support business growth and ensure compliance with regional labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Bridge management and employee relations, handling grievances and demands.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes.
• Design and monitor performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
• Maintain compensation, benefits and payroll plans.
• Assess training needs and oversee learning programmes.
• Provide HR metrics and decision‑support reporting to senior management.
• Ensure legal compliance with labour regulations in Kuwait, UAE, Egypt and KSA.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Proven experience as an HR manager or senior HR executive.
• People‑oriented, results‑driven with strong leadership abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of labour law in Kuwait, UAE, Egypt and KSA.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
