Senior Investment Analyst / Manager

About the role

The Investment Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kuwait City. You will be responsible for managing the company’s proprietary investment book, shaping strategy, and ensuring portfolio performance aligns with benchmarks and risk parameters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies across real estate, private and listed equities.
• Conduct market research and analyse macro‑economic and sector trends.
• Prepare investment proposals, detailed financial models and present recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor portfolio performance, compare against benchmarks and manage risk exposure.
• Stay informed of regional and international investment markets and relevant regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven investment management experience with hands‑on exposure to real estate, private and listed equities.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate financial data, market trends and risk‑return profiles.
• Solid foundation in corporate finance and valuation techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively on‑site.
