Senior Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Smart Health Co. is seeking a Senior Medical Sales Representative to join its on‑site team in Salmiya. You will be responsible for promoting and selling cosmeceutical equipment and supplies to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospital procurement teams.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and gather market feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, delivery, and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical or cosmeceutical sales with a consultative approach.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Background or education in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Salmiya and travel locally to client locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
