About the role

Egis Group is seeking a Senior Project Control professional to join a major port project in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing project control systems, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery of large‑scale infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems and procedures.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules using advanced project management software.
• Conduct regular performance analyses and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and government officials.
• Lead and mentor junior project control team members.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project control, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise with project management software.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in port construction projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
