Senior Sales Associate – Sanitary

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate to drive sales of sanitary products and services in our showroom. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and converting opportunities into sales while meeting cash, credit, warranty and accessory targets. You will act as the main point of contact for product information and ensure a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote sanitary products and services to customers and achieve sales targets.
• Create sales invoices and process transactions using BO and POS systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on promotions, discounts and credit offers.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable service, explain return and exchange policies, and handle customer inquiries.
• Conduct regular stock checks, report damaged items, and ensure displays follow planograms and pricing guidelines.
• Keep sales figures confidential and adhere to safety and security procedures.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sanitary or tiles retail sales.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a presentable appearance.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
