Senior Sales Specialist - Procurement & Retail

About the role

Roche is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to lead procurement and retail execution for its CGM portfolio. This newly created position will own the end‑to‑end procurement process across public and private sectors and drive retail performance with pharmacy chains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full CGM procurement cycle for government (MOH) and private customers.
• Own retail sector performance, building relationships with pharmacy chains and ensuring in‑market execution.
• Lead tender preparation, submission, and follow‑up for both public and private accounts.
• Coordinate closely with distributors to align retail activities across channels.
• Provide regular reporting on procurement pipelines, tender timelines, and retail results to the NPC Commercial Lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• 6–15 years of experience in private/public procurement and retail/channel sales, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven track record navigating government procurement processes in Kuwait or the wider GCC.
• Strong retail/channel management experience with pharmacy chains or similar partners.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities to handle multiple tenders and accounts.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
