Senior Service Sales Engineer

About the role

Carrier is seeking an experienced Senior Service Sales Engineer to grow its service and aftermarket business. The role focuses on service agreements, repairs, maintenance, equipment replacement, and compressor inspection services, driving revenue while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire sales opportunities to meet financial targets.
• Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts aligned with service requirements.
• Execute weekly customer visits and maintain ongoing engagement.
• Develop professional relationships to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Coordinate with technical teams to produce compressor inspection, maintenance, and unit inspection reports.
• Deliver technical and commercial reports to customers in a professional manner.
• Support business development initiatives, prospect new accounts, and generate leads.
• Participate in bid preparation, proposal submissions, and negotiations.
• Represent Carrier at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent.
• MBA considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of service sales experience or 3 years of outside sales/business development.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Strong understanding of service and aftermarket operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
