About the role
Papa John’s Kuwait is urgently seeking motivated individuals to join the Service Crew – Back of House (BOH) team. You will play a vital part in daily restaurant and kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to standard recipes and portion controls.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety procedures and proper storage guidelines.
- Assist kitchen staff during peak periods to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support inventory checks and basic stock replenishment.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service or kitchen crew role, preferably in a QSR or international restaurant.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to work in Kuwait.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
