Service Crew Member – Fast Food (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking friendly, hardworking, and customer‑oriented Service Crew Members to support daily operations at our fast‑food restaurant in Kuwait. The role involves delivering excellent service, taking and serving orders, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
• Assist with setting up tables, refilling condiments, and handling takeaway orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order service.
• Report customer complaints or operational issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, fast‑food outlet, or similar environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Hardworking, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of KWD 110 plus overtime (KWD 20) and food allowance (KWD 20).
