Kitchen Crew Member – Kuwait (QSR)

About the role

We are seeking hardworking Kitchen Crew members to support daily kitchen operations in a fast‑paced QSR environment in Kuwait. The role involves food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting the kitchen team to ensure efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs and senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
• Wash, peel, cut, chop and prepare ingredients according to instructions.
• Support the preparation of sandwiches, burgers, grilled items, BBQ, shawarma and other menu products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, utensils and storage areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Properly store and handle food ingredients to preserve freshness and quality.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas after use.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, hotel or catering environment is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods in a busy kitchen.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good teamwork, communication and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain workplace standards.
