Shop Employee

About the role

JUTHOUR is seeking a full‑time Shop Employee to join its team in the heart of Kuwait City. The role involves daily interaction with customers, maintaining the store’s presentation, and supporting overall shop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries and provide product information.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Stock shelves, arrange displays and ensure the store is tidy and well‑organized.
• Handle gift‑wrapping, flower arrangement and other value‑added services.
• Assist with inventory checks and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with good communication skills.
• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Operation of POS systems.
• Use of iPads, PCs and printers for sales and inventory tasks.
