About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Shuwaikh, Kuwait, selling food items – primarily tea – in a shopping‑mall boutique. You will welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right products.
Key responsibilities
- Explain product features, pricing and upsell or cross‑sell where appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, attractive and well‑stocked display area.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, issue receipts and keep accurate sales records.
- Support periodic inventory checks and assist with promotional activities and in‑store events.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Basic sales techniques with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Ability to learn product details quickly and support team performance.
- Basic numeracy and ability to stand for extended periods.
