About the role
We are seeking a motivated Showroom Salesman to join Albaghli United Sponge, a leading Kuwaiti manufacturer and retailer of mattresses and bedding solutions. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional in‑store experience, guide customers to the right products, and help achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout their showroom visit, providing personalized product recommendations.
- Recommend and demonstrate bedding and sleep solutions based on customer needs.
- Achieve assigned sales targets using effective selling, cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, furniture, bedding or related sectors.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven ability to cross‑sell and upsell.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Team‑player with solid problem‑solving abilities.
