About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well‑reputed construction firm in Kuwait City on an urgent basis. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on‑site construction activities.
- Monitor progress against project plans and adjust resources as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and workforce to maintain workflow.
- Report daily site status to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
- Valid driving licence.
- Fluent in English; Arabic nationality preferred.
- Full‑time availability and ability to work onsite in Kuwait City.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
