Boutiquaat is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to shape the brand’s online presence, turning scrolls into stories and engagement into growth. The role blends strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and data‑driven decision‑making to elevate the company’s social footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, marketing and business objectives.
• Set clear goals, KPIs and benchmarks, turning analytics into actionable decisions.
• Monitor platform trends, algorithms, consumer behavior and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, purchasing and content teams to integrate social initiatives across the business.
• Lead creation of scroll‑stopping content – videos, images, reels, stories and campaigns.
• Maintain a strategic content calendar for launches, promotions, events and seasonal moments.
• Engage with the community by listening, responding and fostering relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
• Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI) and produce monthly insight reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in social media management.
• Strategic thinker with a creative storytelling mindset.
• Strong understanding of platform‑specific language, behavior and emerging formats.
• Ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
• Proactive communicator comfortable working across cross‑functional teams.
