About the role
We are looking for a motivated male professional to join our dental clinic in Kuwait. The role combines social media management with front‑desk reception duties, ensuring a seamless experience for both online followers and visiting patients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the clinic’s social media accounts on Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
- Respond to messages, comments and appointment inquiries promptly.
- Welcome patients at the reception desk and guide them through the check‑in process.
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments and maintain the booking system.
- Create simple posts, reels and stories to promote clinic services.
Required profile
- Experience in handling social media platforms.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Reception or customer‑service experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
