Speech Pathologist I – Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist I to join our Speech Pathology department on a day shift. The role offers autonomy and accountability while delivering care to a complex patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients across various ages.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid Arkansas State Board license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Less than one year of professional experience is acceptable.
• Commitment to professional growth and departmental enhancement.
• CPR certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency in clinical assessment and therapeutic techniques for speech and language disorders.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
