Speech Pathologist – Rehab Therapy Agency

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our Rehab Therapy Agency. The role involves delivering comprehensive speech‑language services to a diverse patient population, including both children and adults, across day shifts and occasional weekend days.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in patients of varying ages.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with facility competencies.
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes with interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board license for Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Demonstrated independence, accountability, and commitment to professional growth.
• Ability to work day shifts and occasional weekend days.

Required skills

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
